When we receive your order, we take a look at what YOU want to gift from YOUR heart, and we make the product according to that. There aren't two absolutely similar items born in our workshop, as we make each of these by hand.

Can I return an item and get a refund?

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience, but unfortunately, we're unable to assist with returns or exchanges due to the personalized nature of our custom-made items. Each product is meticulously crafted to your specifications, making it unique to you and unsuitable for resale.
